Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” The Young Men’s Leadership Academy 5K Run is a fundraising event presented by the school to help raise funds for the academy, as well as a demonstration of their support for Martin Luther King Jr.’s message of resilience and equality. Young Men’s Leadership Academy is the first all-boys public school in San Antonio. Our mission is to develop young men into highly effective scholars, thinkers, and leaders by providing a high-quality comprehensive educational and social experience leading to a distinguished high school graduation plan. 100% of proceeds from our event fund student programming.

• Early Registration: $12 through December 12th, 2025
• Late Registration: $20 starting December 13th, 2025
• Day of Registration: $25
• Note: No refunds! Donations enthusiastically accepted.

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup will be at:

• Location: Young Men's Leadership Academy, 415 Gabriel St. SATX 78202
• Friday, January 16th: 4pm - 6pm
• Saturday, January 17th: 9am - 11am
• Sunday, January 18th: Available for pickup before the race

To make the line move efficiently please have your BIB Number ready. If you do not know your Bib Number, you can go to the Race Website and click "find Participant" to pull up your name and BIB Number.
