• Race Day Pickup: Begins at 6:30 am at Festival Park Pavilion

Race Day Details

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, December 20th, 2025 at 8:00 AM sharp at Festival Park in Aberdeen, MD (click for Google Maps link). As with every race in the series, the Reindeer Run 5k features:

• Custom Finisher’s Medal: For all participants
• Custom T-shirt: Provided to all runners
• Costume Contest: Get festive and have fun!

Timing and Course

The race will be professionally chip timed using the RaceResult Chip system by Blue Cheetah Sports Timing and Event Management, LLC.

• 5K Start Time: 8:00 AM
• 1M Start Time: 8:05 AM
• Course Certification: Fast and flat, perfect for a family run or a race personal best!

Charity and Registration

A portion of the proceeds from this race will go to benefit the National PTSD Foundation, a 501(c)3 public charity dedicated to helping first responders suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Please register early, this race usually sells out!

Early packet pickup will be announced and information emailed to all registered participants. Day of packet pickup to begin at 6:30 am. Mailed packets will go out approximately 7-days prior to race day.
