🏃‍♂️ The Hybrid Runner Foundation 4th Annual Turkey Trot 5K

The Hybrid Runner Foundation is proud to support the Cleburne community of up-and-coming runners by donating the race proceeds to the Cleburne High School Cross Country and Track Teams. We are a non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code Section 501(c)(3). Proceeds from the race will go directly to fund shoes, equipment, uniforms, and general team needs so these young, aspiring runners have all the tools to compete at their best.

Last year, our family of runners were thrilled to have a top-notch race in their backyard! We loved the energy, and it was the perfect way to kick off Thanksgiving Break. We hosted over 400 participants and aim to increase these numbers in 2025!

Join us for our 4th Annual Hybrid Runner Foundation Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk, which benefits the Cleburne Yellow Jacket XC and track teams.

• Medals: 5K Finishers Medals will be awarded to all participants who cross the finish line.
• Activities: Mascot Race to the Finish Line.

• Prizes: Prize for the Best Turkey Costume and the Biggest Team.

☔ Race Day Details

Our race will take place rain or shine. For your safety, headphones are discouraged during the race. Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, and rollerblades are not permitted on the course. Strollers are permitted: however, for the safety of the other participants, we ask that you begin the race at the back of the group.

• T-Shirt: Official 2025 Turkey Trot T-shirt (guaranteed if registered by Oct 31, 2025).
• Goodie Bag: Goodie bag.
• Results: Chip-timed Results.
• Support: Volunteer Support and Finish Line Water and Food.

📝 Registration Information

(This is a 5-kilometer event = 3.1 miles)

• Pre-Registration Fees: Now through 9/13/25 - $25.00.
• Registration Fees: 9/14/25-11/21/25 - $30.00.
• Last Minute Registration: 11/22/25 - Day of Event - $35.00.
• Team Discount: Teams of 10 or more will receive a $5.00 discount per person if registered by 11/21/25.

🏆 Awards

• Plaques: 1st Overall Male & Female, 1st Master (40 & Over) Male & Female, 1st Senior (60 & Over) Male & Female.
• Trophies: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each age group.
• Team Awards: 1 trophy for the largest team, largest school team, largest corporate/business team, and farthest travel.
• Booth Awards: A plaque for the best-decorated booth and one for the most spirited booth.

📦 Early Packet Pickup

Friday, November 21, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Hulen Park under the Pavilion, 1010 Hillsboro St, corner with W 1St Cleburne, TX 76033.

⏰ Race Day Schedule

Saturday, November 22nd:

• Check-in: Walk-up Registration & Package pick-up @ 6:30 am - 7:45 am.
• Announcements: Pre-race announcements, mascot race, and best Turkey costume contest starts at 7:45 a.m.
• Race Start: The 5K Race/Walk starts at 8:00 a.m.
• Awards: Awards presentation following the last runner crossing the finish line.
