Overview

• Beneficiary: The proceeds will support the Cleburne High School Cross Country and Track Teams.
• Charity: The Hybrid Runner Foundation is a non-profit organization under IRS Code Section 501(c)(3).
• Community Focus: Funds will provide shoes, equipment, uniforms, and general team needs for young runners.
• Participation: Last year, we hosted over 400 participants and aim to increase these numbers in 2025!

Event Highlights

• Finishers Medals: All participants who cross the finish line will receive a medal.
• Activities: Enjoy fun events including a Mascot Race to the Finish Line.
• Contests: Prizes for the Best Turkey Costume and the Biggest Team.
• Entertainment: The Cleburne Railroaders Announcer will serve as Emcee and DJ.

Race Details

• Weather: The race will occur rain or shine.
• Equipment: Headphones are discouraged: bicycles and skateboards are not permitted.
• Strollers: Allowed, but must start at the back of the group for safety.
• Fun: An enjoyable experience for both runners and spectators.

Registration Information

• Pre-Registration: Now through 9/13/25 at $25.00.
• Regular Registration: 9/14/25-11/21/25 at $30.00.
• Last Minute Registration: $35.00 on race day: no team registrations on race day.
• Team Discount: Teams of 10 or more receive a $5.00 discount if registered by 11/21/25.

Awards

• Plaques: Awarded to 1st Overall Male & Female, and 1st Master and Senior categories.
• Trophies: Awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each age group division.
• Team Recognition: Trophies for the largest team, largest running club, and more.
• Booth Awards: Recognizing best-decorated and most spirited booths.

Packet Pickup Information

• Early Pickup: Friday, November 21, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Hulen Park under the Pavilion.
• Race Day Pickup: Saturday, November 22nd from 6:30 AM CST - 7:45 AM CST.
• Registration: Participants can register during packet pickup.

Race Day Schedule

• Registration: Walk-up registration and packet pickup from 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM.
• Pre-Race Announcements: Start at 7:45 AM, including mascot race and costume contest.
• Race Start: The 5K Race/Walk begins at 8:00 AM.
• Awards Presentation: Following the last runner crossing the finish line.
