Join the TRiCiTY Road Warriors for our 5th Annual “Run with Your Heart” 5K & 1 Mile Walk FUN Walk, dedicated to raising awareness about heart health, self-care, and self-love. As we celebrate Heart Awareness Month, this is your chance to honor the importance of a strong heart, healthy mind, and spiritual well-being while having a great time getting fit.

Whether you’re an experienced runner or just looking for a fun, casual walk, this event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Together, we’ll celebrate movement, health, and community.

🌟 Event Highlights

• New Location: The event will be held at Farm to Familia, a family-friendly venue located in the beautiful countryside of Poteet, Texas.
• Medals: Medals to the First 50 Finishers* in the “Run with Your Heart.”
• Finisher Medal: YOU MUST FINISH THE 5K RUN/1 MILE WALK to EARN the FINISHERS MEDAL.
• T-Shirt Deadline: Deadline to be guaranteed your T-Shirt Size is Feb. 3, 2025, while supplies last.

🏞️ Race Course

• Course Type: The 5K and 1 Mile Walk feature an out-and-back course that takes you through scenic rural roads.
• Participation: All Ages & Fitness Levels Welcome: Whether you're running, jogging, or walking, everyone can participate!
• Post-Race Celebration: Stick around for fun after the race! Enjoy an Heart & Soul Arts & Crafts Market, delicious Food Trucks, and more.
• Awards: Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 M/F finishers in the 5K and top 3 Coed-Kid Ages 5-12, but everyone is a winner as we all support a healthier lifestyle.

🤝 Community Impact

Proceeds from the event will benefit the TRiCiTY Road Warriors Scholarship Fund and other local projects aimed at promoting health, fitness, and wellness in our community.

All participants receive a time chip race bib. Medal to the participant that complete the 5K or 1 Mile Walk. Whether you run, walk, or just cheer on the participants, your involvement will help support a healthier community. Let’s come together for a Stronger Heart and a Healthier Life!
