Come join our 4th annual run on April 18, 2026! Whether you run or walk the 5K or the mile, we invite you to connect with friends and family to head outdoors for a fun and cool race and enjoy some s'mores on race day! Our Mission

Camp Rio Blanco Circle of Friends stewards Camp Rio Blanco as a place where people of all ages can unplug, explore, and come together. This local camp now welcomes families, youth organizations, schools, churches, and community groups from across West Texas and the South Plains, expanding access to the land and experiences that have made Camp Rio Blanco special for generations. Immediate needs:

• Camp flatbed trailer: Needed item.
• Archery equipment: Needed item.
• 12ft. A-frame ladder: Needed for Challenge Course.
• Challenge Course equipment: Needed item.
• Microwave ovens: Needed for unit houses.

Race Info

• Check-in: Begins at 8:00am. Race starts at 9:00am.
• Timed results: Available immediately after the race for the 5K.
• Accessibility: The event is fully accessible.
• Registration: Get registered early! S'more Run shirts are guaranteed with registration by March 15, 2026.
• Medals: Awarded to the top 3 finishers of the 5K and 1 mile runs upon completion of the race.
• Swag bag: Participants will receive a swag bag of goodies! * Please note that all giveaways are available while supplies last.

• Rain or shine: The race will take place come rain or shine: remember to dress for the weather!
