• Time: Registration from 8 to 9am: Race starts at 9am
• Benefit: Proceeds support The Kipsongo Project's ongoing programs

📚 About The Kipsongo Project

• Mission: A 501 c3 non-profit organization based in Kipsongo Slum, Kenya
• Goals: Improve lives by equipping community members with essential tools
• Programs: Includes nutrition and education initiatives, health programs, and micro-finance
• Founders: Initiated 14 years ago by Krystina Finn and Lindsey Casagrande

🌟 Legacy of Krystina Finn

• Inspiration: This race honors the legacy of Krystina Finn
• First Fundraiser: The 5K was one of the earliest fundraising efforts for the Project
• Memorial: Krystina battled cancer courageously until December 2014
• Continuing Dream: Continuing her vision of empowering women and children

• Children's Education: Supports primary, secondary, and college students
• Adults' Education: Offers computer and seamstress classes
• Microfinance: Assists in establishing and developing small businesses
