💸 Entry Fees and Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable: Entry fees are non-refundable, including for inclement weather.
• Donation Policy: If cancellation occurs, your entry fee will support the VAEF.
• Possible Mailings: T-shirts and medals will not be mailed to non-attendees.
• Registration Deadline: T-shirts are not guaranteed if registered after April 25, 2025.

• Location: Van Alstyne High School, 700 Collin McKinney Parkway, Van Alstyne, Texas
• Morning Pick Up: Available on race day from 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM
• Preparation: Ensure to pick up your packet in a timely manner.
