About this race
🏃♂️ ABOUT THIS EVENT
- Course Details: The 5k course is on flat, paved roads in Kerkhoven. The 10k course is mostly paved roads with about 1.5 miles of mowed grass on the golf course. There is also a short distance of gravel road.
- Water Stops: Water stops every couple of miles.
- Post-Run Activities: After the run, there will be children’s games and a children’s tractor pull, a flea market, firemen’s feed, kiddie rides, swimming and a parade, all part of the annual Kerkhoven Town and Country Days.
- Day Enjoyment: Please feel free to stay and enjoy the day.
📝 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
- Pre-registration: Closes July 22nd at 8:00pm.
- Race Day Registration: From 7:00am to 8:00am.
- Paper Registration: Available by FLYER.
⏰ SCHEDULE
- 7:00AM: Race day registration begins.
- 8:00AM: Start of races.
- Awards Ceremony: After races.
🎖 AGE GROUPS/AWARDS
- Top Finishers: Awards for the top male and female finishers.
- Medals: Awarded to the top three finishers in each age division, both men's and women's - 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
- Proceeds: Go towards the Pillsbury Swimming Pool and BKMS Cross Country Team.
- Shirt Guarantee: Registrants are guaranteed a shirt if registered by 7-14-20.
