Race Details
- Event Distance: 1500 meter swim, 40K Bike, 10K run & 750 meter swim, 20K bike, 5K run
- Location: Cypress Point at Lower Lake Sardis Lake Reservoir
- Swim Conditions: Cool, refreshing, with sandy beach entrance and exit
- Course Terrain: Flat bike course through farmland, 2 miles on pavement and trails for the run

- Registration: Available race day, arrive early
- Finishers Medals: All participants receive, along with refreshments
- Food: Pizza, watermelon, chips & chocolate milk by Prairie Farms
- Overall Awards: Presented to Male and Female, Age Groups, and Relays
