Be a Hero! Join Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation and Craig Lehman Shelter Insurance for the 12th Annual Heroes for Hospice Race on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Register for the 1.5 Mile Fun Run/Walk, 5K, 10K or as a virtual participant.

👶 Youth Registration

• Eligibility: Youth 12 and under who register receive a T-shirt and timing chip.
• Babies and Toddlers: No need to register babies and toddlers unless you want the T-shirt.
• Shirt Availability: Shirts will not be available if you register after April 11, 2025.
