It’s a great day to tell cancer where it can go, all while supporting those with cancer in our very own community! We hope you’ll join us on May 9, 2026, for the Middle Finger 5K.

🍳 Event Details

• Location: 35 Lakefront Park Dr., Geneva, NY
• Date: May 9, 2026
• Check-in Party: May 8th from 4:00 - 8:00 pm in the Community Room at Finger Lakes Welcome Center
• Free Tastings: Local breweries and wineries will be offering free tastings.

🥙 Registration Includes

• MF5K Shirt: Unisex sizing
• Breakfast Burrito: Post-race meal provided
• Check-in Party: On May 8th
• Vendor Purchases: Items available from local vendors

• Beneficiary: The 9th Annual Middle Finger 5K supports Thrive To Survive.
• Participation: Open to all ability levels and encouraged for all fitness levels.
• Impact: 100% of donations and proceeds go to Thrive To Survive to provide resources to adults in treatment for cancer.
• Commemorative Shirt: Registration includes a 2026 MF5K shirt and a light breakfast.

👥 Team Participation

• Individual or Team: Participate as an individual or form a team.
• Discount: Form a team of 4 or more participants for a discounted entry.
• Honor Someone: Show big LOVE with a big team to honor someone you care about.
• Gender Identification: Race registration requires gender identification: please select the option that aligns with your identity.
