This is our 10th Annual Middle Finger 5K!!

It’s a great day to tell cancer where it can go, all while supporting those with cancer in our very own community! We hope you’ll join us on May 1, 2027, for the Middle Finger 5K.

Race Details

• Date: May 1, 2027
• Location: 35 Lakefront Park Dr., Geneva, NY
• Registration: Includes MF5K (unisex sizing)
• Post-Race: Breakfast burrito

Check-in Party

Check-in Party on April 30th from 4:00 - 8:00 pm in the Community Room at Finger Lakes Welcome Center, 35 Lakefront Dr. Geneva, NY.

• Free Tastings: Local breweries and wineries
• Vendors: Items available for purchase from local vendors

Beneficiary

The 10th Annual Middle Finger 5K run and fitness walk benefits Thrive To Survive.

• Participation: Open to all ability levels
• Goal: Help adults thrive through their cancer diagnosis
• Support: 100% of donations and proceeds go to Thrive To Survive
• Resources: Available for adults in Ontario, Seneca, Yates, and Wayne counties

Registration Information

Registration includes the commemorative 2027 MF5K shirt, a light breakfast, and the satisfaction of making a difference for adults with cancer.

• Individual or Team: Participate individually or as part of a team
• Discounts: Start a friends and family team of 5 or more participants for a discounted entry
• Team Spirit: Show big LOVE with a team to honor someone you care about
• Gender Identification: Required during race registration
