Oktoberfest Fly Away 10K Run & 5K Run/Walk

New in 2025, this family-friendly 5K run/walk community event is expanded to include a 10K run. It will begin in Kenmore with a marked course along the Burke-Gilman Trail heading toward Bothell!

👶 Kids 4 Years Old and Under are FREE!

📅 2025 Day of Event Schedule

• Event Launch: The event launches at the Burke-Gilman Trail access in Kenmore with a Marked Course heading east towards Bothell.
• Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025
• Location: 7324 NE 175th Street, Kenmore. Launch point is Burke-Gilman Trail access located inside 192 Brewing Co. Lake Trail Taproom.
• Course: Timed/Marked Course Out and Back from the trail access point, heading east towards Bothell.

Schedule:

• 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• 8:00 AM | Packet Pickup Begins
• 8:45 AM - 9:00 AM | Launch 10K & Kid Run
• 9:00 AM - 9:15 AM | 5K Line Up & Run/Walk Begins
• 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM | Finisher Awards and Community Celebration

🎉 Event Details

• Surprise Giveaway: Participants will receive an event giveaway and MEDAL. Be sure to register early!
• Giveaway: Included for participants who register by September 1 (after September 1 while supplies last)
• Medals: Will be given only to registrants participating in the race
• Pets: Welcome! Pets must be kept on a short leash or in a pet stroller/wagon at all times. Owners must clean up after their pets.

Parking: Available on the street and at the Kenmore Park & Ride with crosswalk access at the light.

• Wednesday - Thursday: Bothell Kenmore Chamber Office (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
• Friday: Launch location 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Day of Event: 8:00 AM
