- Course Type: Flat and fast road course, out and back.
- Water Stations: One water station on course.
- Measurement: Course is accurately measured.

- Overall Winners: Male/female, Overall Master (40+) male/female, Overall Grand Master (50+) win Gift Certificates!!!
- Age Group Awards: At least 3 deep for various age groups: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20–24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & older.
- Special Prize: Every 25th finisher wins a $25 Second Sole Gift Certificate.
👕 Shirts, Refreshments, and Additional Information
- T-shirts: All preregistered participants by Friday, June 19th will receive choice of a triblend t-shirt or a beach towel. Limited availability after cutoff.
- Refreshments: Available at the finish.
- Packet Pick-up: Early pick-up and late registration at Second Sole on Friday, July 3rd from Noon to 6 PM!
