🪖 About the Event

• Join us: Come join the cadets from Ben Davis High School Marine Corps JROTC in a non-timed 5k moto-run/walk.
• Honoring heroes: Before we start, we will have service to honor our fallen service members who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

💰 Fundraising Purpose

• Competitive teams: Ben Davis MCJROTC has 3 very competitive teams in the program: Drill, Rifle and Raider Teams.
• National competition: Each year, these cadets have earned their way to compete at a National level.
• Need for funding: Lack of funding has always been the show stopper, but we hope to make it to Nationals this year with your help!

🏃‍♂️ Moto-Run Experience

• Military style: It is a military style formation run with cadets who will take turns calling motivated cadences from start to finish!
• Options available: You have the option to run with the formation, at your own leisure or jump in the formation and break off whenever you like.
• Focus: Time isn’t the focus here: it is all about comradery and cohesion, but you can be rest assured that you will still burn those calories while having fun!
• Course details: The course is a very friendly and safe route which is easy to follow on the school campus that will go from hard surface to grass terrain.

🚑 Support Along the Route

• Guidance: Don’t worry about getting lost or tired: there will be cadets spread out along the route to help motivate and guide you along the way at each water station.
• Medical assistance: We will also have medics onsite along with our local recruiters from all branches of services available to provide information about military service.

👕 T-Shirt Distribution

• T-Shirt pick-up: All paid participants who ordered a t-shirt will receive it at check in.
• Memorable experience: LET'S COME TOGETHER, THIS WILL BE A RUN TO REMEMBER!
