- Initial Diagnosis: On January 27th, 2020, a routine 20 week ultrasound revealed significant findings.
- Triploidy Diagnosis: Jack was diagnosed with triploidy, a condition incompatible with life.
- Heartbreaking Loss: Jack was stillborn on May 12, 2020, at 36 weeks.
