🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Activities: Run, walk, or ruck your way through a 5k, 10k, or 8-hour ultra marathon!
• Discount: Veterans & Active Military get $15 Off.

💰 Prizes and Fundraising

• Fund Allocation: All funds raised in excess of expenses will be divided equally between The National Guard Association of Tennessee and Lantern Lane Farm Counseling.
• Tax-Deductible: Donations are tax-deductible. Shelli Huether Honor Run Inc is a non-profit 501(c3) organization.
• CASH PRIZES:
  • 5k run/walk - top male & female ($25)
  • 10k run/walk - top male & female ($35)
  • 8 hour run/walk - top male & female ($100)
  • Teams run/walk - top 1 ($100 split between the members)

👥 Teams and Ruckers Info

• Relay Teams: 4 member relay team registrations available for the 8-Hour Ultra. Pick either run/walk or ruck.
• Ruck Requirements: Bring a ruck sack with a specific weight based on your body weight which will be checked at check-in.
• Chip-Timing: This is a chip-timed race.
• What’s Included: For 5k and 10k participants, a race t-shirt, race bib, and medal are included. The 8-hour participants will also receive lunch.

📅 Race-Day Schedule

• 6:30am: Packet pick-up Begins
• 7:50am: Announcements, Color Guard & National Anthem
• 8:00am: 5k, 10k, and 8-hour participants all begin
• 4:00pm: 8-Hour Race Ends

Medals and Prizes will be handed out as Registrants Finish. Dogs are welcome. A playground for kids is also available!

📍 Venue Information

• Location: Granny White Park, 610 Granny White Pike Brentwood, TN 37027

🌳 Course Description & Weather

• Course: The 0.8 mile loop is paved, circling around Granny White Park. The 5k is 4 loops (3.2 miles), and the 10k is 8 loops (6.4 miles).
• Weather: Expect temperatures ranging from the 30s to the 60s in early November.

🥤 Aid Station

• Facilities: There will be 1 aid station with water and Gatorade provided. A nurse and medical supplies will be on-site.
• Lunch: A large pavilion will serve lunch for the 8-hour participants.
