- Fundraising: All funds raised in excess of expenses will be divided equally between The National Guard Association of Tennessee and Lantern Lane Farm Counseling Center.

🏆 Cash Prizes
- 5k run/walk: top male & female ($25)
- 10k run/walk: top male & female ($35)
- 8 hour run/walk: top male & female ($100)
- Teams: top 1 ($100 split between the members)
👥 Teams
- Relay: 4 member relay teams for the 8-Hour Ultra.
- Type: Choose between run/walk or ruck.
- Format: 1 person on each team runs/walks or rucks at a time.
- Gear: Bring your own rucksack/backpack with ruck plates/sandbags or a weighted vest.
- Weights: 20 lbs if 151 lbs or greater: 10 lbs if 150 lbs or less.
- Check-in: You and your pack/vest will be weighed at check-in and at the finish.

- Timing: This is a chip-timed race.
🎽 What is Included?
- 5k and 10k: Race t-shirt (while supplies last), race bib, and medal included!
- 8-hour participants: Race t-shirt, race bib, medal, and lunch included.
📅 Race-Day Schedule
- 6:30am: Packet pick-up Begins
- 7:55am: Announcements, Color Guard & National Anthem
- 8:00am: 5k, 10k, and 8-hour participants all begin
- 4:00pm: 8-Hour Race Ends

🌦️ Course Description & Weather
- Loop: 0.8 mile loop is paved and circles around the beautiful Granny White Park.
- Distance: 5k will be 4 loops, 10k will be 8 loops.
- Temperature: November has seen temps from the 30s to the 60s.
🥤 Aid Station
- Services: Water and Gatorade will be provided.
- Medical: A nurse and medical supplies on-site.
- Lunch: Served mid-day for 8-hour participants at a large pavilion.
