Mattoon Knights of Columbus Race the Cross

Event Overview

Come run a one of its kind course and support a great cause. As the name suggests, the route is in the shape of a cross.

This year's event will support the Mattoon to Peoria St. Jude Run Team!

Race Details

• Date: June 27, 2026
• Time: Race time is 8:00 a.m.
• Location: 312 N. 20th St., Mattoon, IL
• Registration: Race day registration and packet pickup from 6:30 until 7:45.

Awards and Prizes

• Door Prizes: As you have come to expect, there will be door prizes.
• Post Race Nutrition: There will be standard post race nutrition available.
• Age Group Awards: Awards will be given out for various age groups.
• Cash Prizes: Cash prizes will be awarded for overall male and female winners.

Additional Information

• Beer/Wine Token: As is our tradition, participants over 21 will be given a token for a free beer or glass of wine.
