AAPI New Jersey Color Run

🎨 COLOR RUN: SUNDAY, APRIL 26, 2026

Join AAPI New Jersey for our fifth annual Color Run—a vibrant, family-friendly 5k and 1-mile Fun Run through Brookdale Park in celebration of Holi and Songkran.

🎉 ABOUT THE RACE

Celebrate the spirit of two vibrant festivals! Holi, the Hindu "Festival of Colors" and "Festival of Spring," marks the end of winter and honors the triumph of good over evil, as people throw colored powder and splash water in celebration. Songkran, the Thai New Year, is a lively water festival that washes away bad luck and welcomes renewal and prosperity. Inspired by these traditions, Color Run 2026 will bring the community together for a morning of movement, laughter, and cultural celebration.

🏃‍♂️ RACE DETAILS

• Participants: Will race through Brookdale Park, getting splashed with colorful powder along the way.
• Registration: Space is limited to 1,500 participants—sign up now to secure your spot!
• Detour: There will be a detour at the finish line for participants who prefer less color.
• Note: It will be difficult to completely avoid the colored powder, so please take that into consideration before registering for the race.

Strollers are welcome, but we ask that they start at the back of the pack for safety considerations. Children under two years old do not need to register. Please, no dogs (although we love them!). Both races will take place rain or shine. No refunds.
