- 6:30AM - 7:45AM: Sign-in at Patchwerk Recording Studios / Packet Pick Up
- 7:45AM - 8:00AM: Group Stretch
- 8:00AM - 9:30AM: 5K Run / Walk
- 9:30AM - 12:00PM: Open House at Patchwerk Recording Studios
