Join the Excitement at Our 23rd Annual Ashland Harvest Run/Walk!
Join us on October 17, 2026, for the 10K starting at 8:00 AM and the 5K starting at 8:10 AM.
Get ready to lace up your running shoes and experience the thrill of running or walking through the charming streets and scenic trails of Ashland, Virginia, on a beautiful fall day!
Event Details
- Host: Hosted by the GFWC Ashcake Woman’s Club.
- Beneficiaries: All proceeds will benefit Moments of Hope Outreach, Girls on the Run, and other local charities.
- Location: Start and finish at Ashland Carter Park.
- Scenery: Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow participants as you take in the stunning fall scenery.

- 10K Course: US Track & Field Certified, 10K (VA21018RT).
- 5K Course: US Track & Field Certified, 5K (VA21016RT).
- Experience: Ensuring a top-notch experience for all participants.

Packet Pickup and Registration
- Location: First Baptist Church Ashland, 800 Thompson Street, Ashland, VA 23005.
- Pickup Date: October 16, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Race Day Pickup: At Carter Park on October 17, 2026, from 6:45 AM to 7:30 AM.
- Onsite Registration: Accepted both during packet pickup or race day after October 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
Participant Perks
- Medal: Participants will receive a finisher's medal.
- Race T-Shirt: A race t-shirt if registered by September 30, 2026.
