Join us on October 18, 2025, for the 10K starting at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K starting at 8:10 a.m.

Get ready to lace up your running shoes and experience the thrill of running or walking through the charming streets and scenic trails of Ashland, Virginia, on a beautiful fall day!

🌟 Event Highlights

• Hosted by: GFWC Ashcake Woman’s Club
• Beneficiaries: All proceeds will benefit ACES (Ashland Christian Emergency Services), the Ashland Volunteer Rescue Squad, and other local charities.
• Location: Start and finish at the picturesque Ashland Carter Park.
• Scenery: Enjoy the camaraderie of fellow participants as you take in the stunning fall scenery.

🏅 Certified Courses

• Courses: Both the 10K (VA21018RT) and 5K (VA21016RT) courses are US Track & Field Certified.
• Experience: Ensuring a top-notch experience for all participants.

• Gather: Friends, family, or colleagues and form a team!
• Pricing: Once three members have registered, team pricing kicks in at just $32.50 per person.
• More the Merrier: The more the merrier!

⏱️ Professional Timing

• Timing: Both the 5K and 10K events will be chip-timed.
• Results: Ensuring accurate results for all participants.

🎽 Packet Pickup and Registration

• Pickup Location: Packets can be picked up at the Patrick Henry YMCA on October 17, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Race Day: Pickup at Carter Park on race day (October 18, 2025) from 6:45 AM to 7:45 AM.
• Onsite Registration: Registrations will be accepted at both packet pickup locations.
• Registration Deadline: All registration will be onsite during packet pickup or race day after October 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

• Finisher's Medal: Participants will receive a finisher's medal.
• Race T-Shirt: A race t-shirt (if registered by October 1, 2025).
