Join the Excitement at Our 23rd Annual Ashland Harvest Run/Walk!
Join us on October 17, 2026, for the 10K starting at 8:00 AM and the 5K starting at 8:10 AM.
Get ready to lace up your running shoes and experience the thrill of running or walking through the charming streets and scenic trails of Ashland, Virginia, on a beautiful fall day!
Event Details
- Host: Hosted by the GFWC Ashcake Woman’s Club.
- Beneficiaries: All proceeds will benefit Moments of Hope Outreach, Girls on the Run, and other local charities.
- Location: Start and finish at Ashland Carter Park.
- Community Spirit: Enjoy camaraderie with fellow participants while taking in the stunning fall scenery.

- 10K Course: US Track & Field Certified (VA21018RT).
- 5K Course: US Track & Field Certified (VA21016RT).
- Top-Notch Experience: Both courses ensure a top-notch experience for all participants.

- Gather a Team: Form a team with friends, family, or colleagues!
- Team Pricing: Once three members have registered, team pricing kicks in at just $34.00 per person.

Professional Timing
- Chip-Timed: Both the 5K and 10K events will be chip-timed.
- Accurate Results: Ensures accurate results for all participants.
Packet Pickup and Registration
- Date & Time: Packets can be picked up on October 16, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at First Baptist Church Ashland, 800 Thompson Street, Ashland, VA 23005.
- Race Day Pickup: Available on October 17, 2026, from 6:45 AM to 7:30 AM at Carter Park.
- Onsite Registration: Will be accepted during packet pickup or on race day after October 16, 2026.
Participant Perks
- Finisher's Medal: Participants will receive a finisher's medal.
- Race T-Shirt: Available if registered by September 30, 2026.
- Automatic Entry: All participants will be entered for prizes on race day.
