Ladies, let’s run! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your speed and endurance, our Ladies & Girls Running Program is the perfect way to train in a fun, supportive group.

🏁 Classes Offered

• Beginner Class: This is for those new to running, helping you build confidence and endurance at your own pace.
• Intermediate Class: Designed for those who can already run a mile and want to improve speed, stamina, and technique.

🗓️ Schedule

• Beginners: Sundays at 10 AM (4 weeks, $100)
• Intermediate: Sundays at 7:30 PM (6 weeks, $150)
