Health to Better Living 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

Please Join us for our 2nd Annual Health to Better Living 5K and Fun Run. This run will benefit 4H members in Atchison County by helping cover the cost of 4H camp.

📅 Date and Time

• Date: Saturday Morning August 9th
• Start Time: 7am
• Race Order: 5K Runners first, followed by Fun Run racers
• Fun Run Distance: Approximately 1 mile

💲 Registration Details

• Entry Cost: $20.00 per person
• Early Registration: Register before July 1st to get a race day shirt!
• Cash Prizes: For 1st and 2nd place for both the 5K race and the Fun Run!

🎽 Bib and Shirt Pickup

Pick up your bib number and race shirt Thursday August 7th in the Effingham Park, across from the livestock barns from 3-7pm. We will have a tent set up with our race banner hung.

📍 Location

The Start and Finish Line are at the corner of William and 4th street in Effingham.
