Shinnston Turkey Trot & Gobble Wobble

Race Overview

This course is a 3.1-mile loop. Runners/Walkers will begin on the road. The race will finish on the rail trail.

Schedule

• Gobble Wobble Start: 8:50 AM
• 5K Event Start: 9:00 AM
• Early Packet Pickup: November 25, 5 PM - 8 PM
• Location for Packet Pickup: Shinnston Lighthouse on Rebecca Street

Prizes

• Cash Prizes:
• 1st Place: $300.00
• 2nd Place: $200.00
• 3rd Place: $100.00

Scholarship Fund

Where will the funds from 2026 go? We are excited to present the Shinnston Turkey Trot Scholarship again.

• Scholarship Amount: $1,000.00
• Eligibility: One male and one female high school senior who is currently enrolled in a cross-country or track-and-field program in West Virginia
• Remaining Funds: Allocated to projects in Shinnston
