In case you haven’t heard, Dave's Running Shop is teaming up with Garmin for the first-ever Garmin Marathon Toledo on September 21st! To help you prepare, Dave's is offering support for your training journey, whether you're gearing up for the Garmin Marathon Toledo, the Columbus Marathon, or the Detroit Marathon (half-marathon included).

• 18-week plan: Available for Garmin Marathon Toledo.
• 22-week plan: Available for Columbus and Detroit events.
• Training the Dave's Way: Join a supportive and fun community of runners and walkers.
• Motivation: Stay healthy, accountable, and inspired!

🏅 5K/10K TRAINING

You spoke, and we listened! Dave’s Training Director has revamped the 5K/10K Training Program to bring you a fun, energizing experience—with just the right amount of fitness to keep your legs moving.

• In-person training: Up to three times a week.
• Guided workouts: Participate in group runs.
• Fun atmosphere: Experience a motivating community.
• Fitness focus: Get your legs moving effectively!

💻 REMOTE TRAINING OPTION

The Training Tilt app has been such a game-changer for our remote trainers that we’re now making it available to everyone in the program!

• Interactive training calendar: Sync with your Strava or Garmin device.
• Organized workouts: Keep your training on track.
• Weekly coaching: Receive advice and encouragement.

🌟 BEGINNER PROGRAMS

Dave's beginner half-marathon and 5K training plans are fantastic introductory training options for starting your health and fitness journey.
