QC Gold Mile

📅 Race Information

• When: September 6, 2025
• Start Time: 8:45 AM
• Where: North Meck High School
• Parking: On site

🏅 Eligibility and Awards

• Age: High school age and older (anyone younger than high school age must be approved*)
• Awards: To 1st man and 1st woman of each heat.
• Distance: Everyone will run 1 mile (4 laps) around the track.
• Heats: Will be set up according to predicted time entered at registration and will go slow to fast.

🕒 Timing and Contact

• First Heat: Will start at 8:45 AM
• Timing: Will be managed by Start 2 Finish
