Race Description

Kick off your Independence Day in Mandan, North Dakota, with a fun, family-friendly tradition—the Mandan Rodeo Days 4th of July Road Race! This noncompetitive 5K Run/Walk is the only race that uses the entire length of Mandan’s historic Main Street—offering a truly unique course and experience. Starting at the intersection of 3rd Ave NW and West Main Street, participants run west to 10th Ave NW before turning around and heading east all the way to just before Burger King, then returning to the Mandan Depot finish line. Thousands of parade-goers line the route, creating an energizing atmosphere filled with cheers and celebration.

Community Impact

• Charity Support: Each year, $10 from every registration is donated to the Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation.
• Total Raised: Nearly $25,000 raised to date.
• Additional Support: Funds also support Mandan Progress Organization and Visit Mandan.
• Meaningful Steps: Making every step meaningful.

• Adults (13+): $35 | Includes T-shirt, race medal, and bib (May 1–June 3rd: Price increases to $40 from June 4th to June 30th)
• Youth (12 & under): $25 | Includes T-shirt, medal, and bib (May 1–June 3rd: Price increases to $30 from June 4th to June 30th)
• Onsite Registration: (July 3–4, if available): $50 adults / $35 youth
• Note: T-shirts limited quantity and sizes
