🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Kickoff: Start your Independence Day in Mandan, North Dakota, with a fun, family-friendly tradition.
• Course: This noncompetitive 5K Run/Walk uses the entire length of Mandan’s historic Main Street.
• Route: Starting at the intersection of 3rd Ave NW and West Main Street, participants run to 10th Ave NW before turning around.
• Atmosphere: Thousands of parade-goers line the route, creating an energizing atmosphere filled with cheers and celebration.

❤️ Community Impact

• Fundraising: Each year, $10 from every registration is donated to the Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation.
• Total Raised: Nearly $25,000 raised to date for cancer care.
• Support: Additional funds support Mandan Progress Organization and Visit Mandan.

• Price Increase: $40.00 from June 4th to June 30th.
• Youth (12 & under): $25 | Includes T-shirt, medal, and bib (May 1–June 3).
• Onsite Registration: $50 adults / $35 youth (July 3–4, if available).
