Gaylord Alpenfest 5K/10K Run

• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: Free (no medal or shirt)
• 5K Run/Walk: $35
• 10K Run: $45
• Registration Note: T-shirts and medal are guaranteed to the first 300 paid registrants. Size is not guaranteed to those registered after 6/19/26.

Packet Pick up

• Date: Friday, July 17th
• Time: 5 – 7 pm
• Location: Gaylord Trailhead pavilion across from the Chamber of Commerce
• Race Day Pickup: Available starting at 7:30 a.m. (400 W. Main Street, Gaylord MI 49735).

Start Times

• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: 8:00 a.m.
• 10K: 8:30 a.m.
• 5K Run/Walk: 8:45 a.m.

Race Information

• Course Type: The course is out and back.
• Route: The route is on the North Central State Trail, starting at the Gaylord Trailhead on Main Street.

• Note: The Alpenfest grand parade starts at noon and therefore Main Street will be blocked off until it concludes.
• Starting Line: The starting line for the race will be on the trail next to the Gaylord Trailhead pavilion.
• Aid Stations: There will be aid stations at the 5k and 10k turnarounds.
• Results: Times will be recorded and posted.
• Refund Policy: There are no refunds, deferrals or transfers. Thank you for understanding.
