• Course: Trails between Horsetooth Mountain Park and the Devil's Backbone Open Space.

🏃‍♂️ Course Overview

The course takes you on a north-south tour of the easternmost hogbacks of Northern Colorado's mighty Front Range.

• Marathon: 3,500 feet of elevation gain/loss.
• Half Marathon: 1,800 feet of elevation gain/loss.
• Experience: Designed for both veteran trail runners and beginners.
• Cut-off: Generous nine hour cut-off for a successful day.

🌲 Terrain Details

The course is 100% dirt and 90% sweet Colorado singletrack.

• Difficulty: Ranges from smooth dirt trails to technical rock gardens.
• Route: Includes smooth dirt roads (no motor vehicle access) and gravel bike paths.
• Features: Beautiful and distinctive redstone hardpack of the Blue Sky Trail.
