🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Date: 2026-05-16
• Location: Bluewater Canyon Trail Head, Bluewater, NM
• Distance: 5 miles
• Course: Out and back with some rocky sections

🌄 Course Highlights

• Terrain: Starts on gravel road, ascending over 500 feet
• Views: Incredible views of surrounding mountains and mesas
• Aid Stations: 3 aid stations to keep you hydrated
• Post-Race: Free fruit and beverage buffet at the finish area

🏅 Awards and Finishers

• Top Finishers: Placer tee shirts for the top 3 male and female finishers
• Kids: Top 3 kids aged 14 and under will receive awards
• All Finishers: Medals, custom socks, and swag bags
• Walkers: Medals awarded

💚 Support Our Trails

All proceeds collected from the registrations will be a direct donation to the Cibola Trail Alliance for their continued work on trail systems in and around Cibola County! As always, your friendly 4-legged companions are welcome but must follow state and local laws. This race is located on BLM land.
