Dragons in the Woods

Race Overview

Dragons In The Woods is in its 12th season! We are excited to be back in 2025! The race will again be run on the majestic trails of Birchfield Park, in Holt. This challenging trail run is great for the seasoned runner or for families who want to walk/run together. All proceeds from the race benefit Island City Academy, a charter school in Eaton Rapids. Come out and join us Saturday, October 18th and compete for your chance to win one of four, awesome trophies!

Pricing

• Early Registration: $25 until 10/05
• Regular Registration: $30 until 10/17
• Race Shirt: Guaranteed for early registrants until 10/09
• Supplies: Available while they last after 10/09

Group/Family Pricing

Sign up to 4 participants for only $85 until 10/05. Price increases to $95 from 10/06 until 10/17.

Awards

• Categories: Overall and Masters (40 and up), male and female.
• Pint Glass Awards: Top three male and female in each age group.
• Age Groups: 12 and under, 13-16, 17-20, 21-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60, 61 and over.

Packet Pick-up

Packet pick-up will begin at 8:00 am on the day of the race.

Timing and Results

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and live on this website.
