🏞️ Welcome to Lizard Peak Scramble

AZAK Event Company is stoked to bring trail events to Western Arizona in our hometown of Lake Havasu City, AZ. This is a city known for its love of boating, water sports and types of outdoor recreation. Nestled on the shores of the beautiful Colorado River, Lake Havasu City boasts over 80 miles of pristine BLM multi use, non-motorized, desert trails.

🏃‍♂️ Race Options

• Variety: Runners have the opportunity to choose between a short, yet challenging 10k/5k trail run and scramble to the summit of the infamous Lizard Peak or a cruise on our Heart Attack Hill 5k fun run loop.
• Kids Event: We have added a Kids 1k Dirt Dash so the little ones can get in on the action too.
• Timing: Races will be chip timed, giving everyone from serious runners to our casual weekend warriors accurate times and results.
• Finisher Medals: Did we mention finisher medals? Thats right! Select your race, hit the dirt, cross the finish line and collect your finishers medal.

👕 Shirts and Fundraising

Official event shirts available as an "add on". Shirt sales will benefit A Clear Path Forward a firefighter peer driven non-profit, addressing firefighter mental health and wellness through outdoor activity. EIN 33-3443841.

• Friendly for All: Click your desired race for more details. The Heart Attack Hill event is most definitely walker/hiker friendly.
• No Pets: Unfortunately, no furry friends allowed.
• Community Spirit: Grab your family, friends and coworkers and let's get on the dirt for a great morning of trail races.
• Mindset: Remember the real race is YOU vs YOU. So let's get outside and have some fun.

ALL ENTRIES INCLUDE: race, custom race bib, finishers medal and access to our Recovery Zone tent fully stocked with FREE hydration drinks, healthy foods/snacks, cold plunges and physical therapist on tap.
