• Scenic Trails: Run on some of the best trails in the Southeast at Douthat State Park.

🔄 Race Course Details

• Loop Format: All courses will feature a loop setup with significant elevation gain.
• Total Elevation: 2700 feet of elevation gain over 13 miles for the Ultra and Marathon races.
• Waterfalls & Rhododendron: Experience trails alongside creeks and through covered tunnels.
• Aid Stations: Fully stocked stations with supplies available at crucial points in each loop.

🌄 Specific Race Loops

• 50K Ultra: Three loops – two Half Marathon loops and one 6-mile loop.
• Marathon: Two loops of Half Marathon.
• Half Marathon: One loop.
• Six Mile Race: A single loop featuring rolling terrain and challenging uphills.

• Preserving History: The half marathon loop was originally part of the Odyssey Off-Road Iron-Distance Triathlon.
• Popular Requests: The event was developed due to numerous requests for a standalone running event.
• Bonus Miles: All loops may be slightly longer by 0.3 miles without extra charge.
• Path to Adventure: The Trail Running Rampage allows runners to skip swimming and biking.
