Race Courses

• Course Type: Loop format with challenging uphills, fast downhills, and beautiful views.
• Elevation Gain: Total elevation gain of 2700 feet over 13 miles, mostly in the first three miles.
• Courseload: 50K Ultra involves 3 loops: Marathon involves 2 loops: Half Marathon involves 1 loop.
• Water Stations: 1 aid station at mile 3.5 and 2 fully stocked aid stations at miles 9 and 11.25.

Six Mile Trail Race

• Loop Description: A single loop with a few challenging uphills and mostly rolling terrain.
• Elevation: This loop has over 1000 feet of elevation gain.
• Course Specifics: Incorporates the last five miles of the other events' loop with the addition of Tobacco Hollow Ridge Trail.
• Distance Adjustment: Loops are approximately 0.3 miles longer, with no extra charge for bonus miles!

Historical Context

• Loop History: Originally part of the Odyssey Off-Road Iron – Distance Triathlon.
• Feedback: Requests for a running-only option led to the creation of the Trail Running Rampage events.
