🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The Silverheels Trail Runs take place at an average elevation of over 10,000’, in one of the most visually stunning areas of Colorado.

🌲 Course Features

• Trail Type: A mixture of single track trails and fire roads, with a few stretches of dirt road.
• Scenery: Runners will experience high alpine and sub-alpine meadows loaded with wild flowers.
• Views: Expansive views of the South Park Valley and beneath the towering "Decalibron" 14ers.
• Historic Landmarks: The course includes ghost towns, abandoned mines, and old mining encampments.

🌼 Race Options

You’ll have the option to choose between our 10-Mile and 18-Mile runs.

• Gold Dust Trail: Both options travel through this gorgeous trail.
• Nature's Beauty: Experience massive aspen groves and high mountain creeks.
• Historical Significance: Run along a miners ditch hand dug by those in the late 1800s.
