It is time to break out of your shell and come run like a chicken at the family friendly 2nd annual Southern Chicken Fried 25K and 50K.
Course Details
- Course Type: 2-mile single track trail loop
- Features: Plenty of trees, creek beds, challenging climbs, and more
- Elevation Gain: Approximately 250' per loop
- Route: Same as the “Rollin into the Night”
Logistics
- Cutoff Time: Overly generous 12-hour cutoff
- Aid Station: Single aid station with room to setup personal tables
- Food Donations: Chicken feed (Aid station food) donations appreciated
- Participation Cost: Completely free run, only pay in sweat

- Swag: Custom bib and participation wooden medallion
- Check-in: 7:00 AM to 7:50 AM ET
- Race Start: 8 AM ET
- Restrictions: Sorry, no pets or strollers allowed
Special Events
- Value Meal: 10K "Nugget" run for support crew/family
- Eligibility: Only open to those sponsored by a 50K or 25K runner
