• Location: 153 E Main St, Marengo, IA
• Distance: 5K on a flat course
• Activities: Independence Day celebrations with fireworks at dusk

Race Description

• Course: City streets and graveled trails in Gateway Park
• Start Point: North side of the city square
• Shirts: Must register by 11:59 PM on June 15 for a guaranteed shirt
• Awards: Presented after the race at the bandstand in the city square

Proceeds

• Beneficiary: Leanne's School of Dance in Marengo
• Purpose: To help defray costs for dancers traveling to NYC
• Event Highlight: Perform in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2029
