• Race Start: 8:00 AM
• Registration Opens: 7:00 AM

💲 Cost:

• Entry Fee: $15.00 per participant
• T-Shirt: Additional $15.00 if registered by June 15th

• Pace: Walk, jog, or run—at your own pace
• Dress Code: Wear your RED, WHITE, and BLUE! Show off your most festive patriotic gear
• Celebration: Expect music, photo ops, high-fives, and post-race refreshments

This year, all proceeds and donations from the Island Lake North Firecracker 5K & Fun Run will go to support the Necedah School District, a vital part of our local community.

Whether it’s helping with classroom needs, student programs, or extracurricular activities, your participation helps invest in the next generation. Together, we can make a meaningful impact for local students, teachers, and families in Necedah.

🏆 Event Spirit:

The Island Lake North Firecracker 5K & Fun Run is all about celebrating community, movement, and patriotic spirit, not competition. This is a non-timed, non-award-based event, so there will be no official prizes for finish times.

That said, for those who are curious about their performance, we’ll be handing out popsicle sticks at the finish line to help track your finish order. Times will be posted later for anyone interested.

🎁 Prize Drawings After the Race!

Stick around after you cross the finish line, we’ll be doing random drawings for fun prizes. You must be present to win, so don’t run off too fast!
