📅 Event Details and Schedule

• Date: 2026-05-02
• Location: 50 S. Center St., Provo, UT
• Distances: Half Marathon – 13.1 Miles, 5k – 3.1 Miles, Kids Marathon – 1.2 miles (26.2 total)
• Start Times: Half Marathon – 8:00 a.m., 5k – 9:30 a.m., Kids Marathon – 10:00 a.m.

📋 Packet Pickup

• Pre-Race Packet Pickup: will take place (pending) in Downtown Provo.
• ID Requirement: You will need to show a valid ID to pick up your packet.
• 5K Packet Pickup: on race morning from 8:30 – 9:15 a.m. @ Parking Lot at 3470 N. University Ave.
• No Race Day Pickup: Half Marathoners must pick up packets at packet pickup.

🚌 Transportation Details

• Bussing for Half Marathon: Yes! All half marathon runners MUST ride the buses to the start line.
• Bus Pick-up Location: Downtown Provo Compound – Specific address will be updated shortly.
• 5K Runners: Must park or get dropped off at the 5k start line.
• Shuttle for 5K Runners: A shuttle bus will be available to transport them back to their vehicles.

🏁 Race Course and Awards

• Half Marathon Course: Starts at South Fork Park up Provo Canyon and ends in downtown Provo.
• 5K Course: Starts at 3470 N. University Ave. and finishes downtown.
• Awards Ceremony: Approximately 11:00 a.m. for the overall winners.
• Age Category Winners: Will receive medals after the race at respective booths.

🏆 Awards and Prizes

• Overall Half Marathon Winners: $150 for male & female winners.
• Age Division Awards: Top three finishers in each division will receive medals.
• All Finishers: Custom medals for all Marathon and Half Marathon finishers.
• Cash Prizes: Must be claimed within 7 days of the event or donated to charity.

🚰 Aid Stations and Refreshments

• Half Marathon: Approximately 6 water/refill and aid stations.
• 5K Course: 1 water/refill and aid station available.
• Finish Line: Plenty of Dasani water will be available at the Finish Line Compound.
• Post-Race Food: Refreshments will be based on state and local health requirements.

🚻 Facilities

• Portable Bathrooms: Available at the Start and Finish Line Compound, and every 3 miles along the course.
• Medical Support: Provided at the Finish Line and most aid stations.
• Massage Therapy: Available to help relax tight muscles post-race.
• Parking: Several options available in nearby lots: avoid prohibited areas.

⚠️ Weather and Course Management

• Weather Contingencies: Major weather warnings may cause adjustments.
• Cancellation Policies: Runners’ safety is paramount: no refunds for entry fees.
• Notification Process: Participants will be informed of cancellations via email.
• Finish Line Party: There will be a celebration with food, bounce houses, and activities for kids.
