📅 Event Details

• Date: 2026-05-02
• Location: 50 S. Center St., Provo, UT
• Distance Options: Half Marathon – 13.1 Miles, 5k – 3.1 Miles, Kids Marathon – 1.2 miles (26.2 total)
• Start Times: Half Marathon – 8:00 a.m., 5k – 9:30 a.m., Kids Marathon – 10:00 a.m.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date/Location: Pre-Race Packet Pickup will take place (pending) in Downtown Provo.
• ID Requirement: You will need to show a valid ID to pick up your packet. You may pick up packets for other runners if you have a note and photocopy of their ID.
• Half Marathoners: MUST pick up packets at PACKET PICKUP, no race day.
• 5K Runners: May pick up packets on race morning from 8:30 – 9:15 am at Parking Lot at 3470 N. University Ave, Provo (near start line).

🚍 Transportation

• Bussing: All half marathon runners MUST ride the buses to the start line. Buses will be picking up runners from the finish line location from 5:30 am – 6:30 am.
• 5k Runners: Must park or get dropped off by the 5k start line located at 3470 N. University Ave., Provo.
• Shuttle Services: There will be a shuttle bus picking up 5k runners near the finish line at the corner of 100 W. / Center St.
• Clothing Bag Drop: Yes, there will be a clothing bag drop service at the half marathon start line.

🏆 Awards & Recognition

• Overall Winners: $150 for the Half Marathon winners (male & female), $50 for the overall 5k winners.
• Age Category Awards: Awards will be given to the top three finishers in each age division.
• Custom Medals: All Marathon and Half Marathon finishers will receive custom medals.
• Claiming Prizes: Cash prizes must be claimed within 7 days of the event or money will be donated to charity.

💧 Hydration & Support

• Aid Stations: Approximately 6 water/refill and aid stations along the Half Marathon course and 1 on the 5k course.
• Fluid Options: Plenty of Dasani water at the Finish Line Compound.
• Medical Support: Medical support will cover minor medical issues at the Finish Line Compound and at most aid stations.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Available as permitted via state and local health requirements.

🌦️ Weather Policy

A little rain won’t stop this race! However, if there are major weather warnings prior to the event, check the home page for updates and watch for an email. The race may be canceled or delayed if severe weather conditions are present. If safety conditions force cancellation of the event, no refunds can or will be provided, since funds were already spent in preparation for race day.

Yes, it’s called the Provo City Finish Line Party!! We will have amazing food, bounce houses, and face painting for kids. Please feel free to bring blankets and chairs to relax on at the finish line while cheering on your fellow runners!
