🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Date: Saturday, September 20th, 2025
• Location: Elmwood Park, Sioux Falls, SD
• Event Type: Inclusive Run Walk & Roll for all ages and abilities
• Goal: Promote health and wellness in South Dakota while having fun

📝 Featured Activities

• Events: Timed 10k and 5k, and a 1-mile FREE fun run, walk & roll
• Extras: Yoga in the park, mascot race, food truck, and more!
• Awareness: Spotlight on Usher Syndrome for the community
• Community Engagement: Follow our social media for facts and information related to vision loss

🕒 Schedule of Events

• 8:00 AM: Race day packet pick-up and yoga session
• 8:30 AM: 10k race start
• 8:45 AM: 5k race start
• 10:30 AM: Mascot race to kick off the 1-mile fun run, walk & roll start

• 11:00 AM: Yoga session
• 12:00 PM: Event end

💰 Registration Details

• Discount: Available when purchasing 3 or more race entries at a time
• Children's Fee: New! Children age 12 and younger only $25
• Shirts: Included for 5k, 10k, and virtual participant registration. Additional shirts available for purchase through the 1-mile sign-up for $15.
• Size Guarantee: Registration and orders must be placed by September 1st to guarantee shirt size

• Accessibility: Accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
• Racing Chair: Loaned by the Prairie Striders Running Club
• Low Vision Support: Guidelines for pairing with trained guides or use of the racing chair
