Join us for a 6 week lead up to the Tony Banovich 5k on June 28th!

🌟 Who Can Join

• Skill Levels: Beginner to Advanced
• Options: Run the race OR join the group for accountability and consistency to start or keep running.
• Community: It's always Better Together!

🗓️ Training Schedule

• Saturday Runs: 8:30am - UM footbridge (trail or road options)
• Thursday Options: 6:30-7:30am - Intervals or Easy Run

• Training Plans: For Beginner-Intermediate-Advanced
• Coaching: Tips and form work
• Community Connection: Connecting with a fun group!
