Turn right to cross the pedestrian bridge.  Stay Right and complete a counter-clockwise loop around the outermost island trail and exit over the pedestrian bridge.  Turn Left and head back to the upper falls.  Turn right onto the nature trail and left on the connector trail towards the finish.

Aid Station: There will be one aid station located at the pedestrian bridge just before the 4 mile mark on the course.  You can hit it twice as the island loop is only 1200meters, before heading back to upper falls.  Water, gatorade, and snacks will be provided there.  If you are injured or can not complete the course please check in with the aid station so we can coordinate an extraction from either Lower Falls or an access road from Headquarters and report your status to the race director.

Aid Station and Finish Line Food: Water, Gatorade, Swedish Fish, Fruit Snacks, Granola Bars, Cheese Sticks, Bananas, Oranges, CHOMPS Beef Jerky, Goldfish, and a variety of snacks.

Safety Protocols:  Falls to Falls Trail Run is a very technical trail that should not be attempted unless you are healthy and fit enough to complete 9 trail miles in at least 3 hours (about 20:00 mile pace).  YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO FINISH THE RACE IF YOU DO NOT GET TO THE AID STATION (PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE) IN 90 MINUTES AND WILL NEED TO PAY FOR A SHUTTLE OR GET PICKED UP FROM THE LOWER FALLS.  There is significant elevation changes and the trail can get slippery seasonally dependent on weather conditions.  Running with your dog or stroller will not be allowed due to the nature of the course. There will be a requirement to run with a cellular device in case of emergency.
