The 43rd Annual Run/Walk for your Health is hosted by the Rogers City High School Cross Country Team.

📅 Event Details

• Date: August 2, 2025
• Location: 1st & Michigan Avenue, Rogers City, MI
• Early Packet Pick-up: Friday, 6:00-8:00 PM (corner of Michigan and 1st Street)
• Race Day Registration: 7:00-8:15 AM (at Lakeside Pavilion)

⏰ Starting Times

Start/Finish is at the corner of Michigan and 1st Street.

• 1 Mile Run/Walk: Starts at 8:30 AM - Age Group Awards for: 10 & Under: 11-13: 14-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70+
• 6k Run/Walk: Starts at 9:00 AM - Plaques for Overall Male and Female Winners/Age Group Awards (3 deep) to male & female winners in the following age groups: 13 & Under: 14-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70+

🏞️ Course Information

• Course Type: Paved bike paths and streets
• T-Shirts: Provided to all paid entries
• Awards: Given for overall winners and age group performances
