🏅 The Heart of the Event

The 5K is the heart of this event. It's what we started with and will always have. Whether you are a seasoned runner or this is your first 5K we want this to be an awesome experience for you! A 5K is meant to be a challenge in one way or another. It is good to have goals and to do hard things! We want this to be an opportunity for God to show up for you in a way that encourages you, lifts up your soul, and ignites you to live a more full and passionate life through Jesus Christ!

💪 The Importance of 'Why'

Speaking of doing hard things, it's important that we do the RIGHT hard things! There are hard things that we must endure not by choice and then there are hard things (like 5Ks) that we do by choice! But.....in all the hard things the WHY is so important.

• Motivation: Without a worthy WHY you are likely to quit when your desire disappears.
• Support: Your entry fee will go towards supporting a local family facing autism.
• Purpose: We aim to provide them with a wide range of needs through this event.

🙏 A Message of Hope

With that being said, I’m sure you have noticed the words, "I AM WHO I AM." Every year we have done this event I pray for a scripture. That scripture is the center of it all. Thinking of our girl, her name is Raya, and the autism, this is the scripture that I have prayerfully landed on for this year.

• Faith: Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
• Scripture: This name literally means, 'I exist.'
• Existence: God has been proving His existence since the beginning of time.

🔍 Discovering the Answer

My prayer is that we will discover the answer! I pray we will come to understand the divine origin of our divine deliverance and the stark contrast of the 2 extreme points we all truly face- in relationship with God through His son Jesus or out of relationship with God.
