7th Annual SSADD 5k/10k and Half Mile Color Run

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Sidney Sabers and SSADD (Sidney Students Against Destructive Decisions) will be hosting our 7th annual 5k walk/run and 10K run. Runners competing in the 10k will run the same course twice. The race will start at 1:00 on 10/19/2025.

💰 Beneficiaries

• Proceeds: ALL proceeds will go to Sidney’s Delaware Valley Humane Society, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and SSADD.
• Cause Support: Become part of supporting local charities through your participation.

🏅 Race Details

• Location: The 5k/10k will start and end at Sidney High School.
• Timing: The race will be timed for competitive runners.
• Awards: After the race, there will be awards based on age group.
• Food and Music: Enjoy food, beverage, and music after the race.

🌈 Half Mile Color Run

There will also be a half mile color run to follow after the race starting at 2:30.

👕 Performance T-Shirts

• Shirt Distribution: Performance T-Shirts will be made and distributed at the start of the race.
• Cost: The cost per shirt will be 20$.
• Registration: By purchasing a shirt you will be already registered for both runs.
• Participation: You do not have to purchase one in order to participate in the race: however, we are trying to raise as much money as possible for these causes.
