5K Distance Zombie Apocalypse Run

🧟‍♂️ Race Overview

Join us in Keystone Iowa to run/walk/crawl and survive the 2025 Zombie Apocalypse 5K. This 5K distance race will be chip timed.

🏃‍♀️ Race Details

• Date: 2025-09-27
• Location: 91 2nd Ave, Keystone, IA
• Timing: Each runner will have flags attached to them (also known as flags, from flag football belts).
• Zombies: Zombies will be located throughout the course and attempt to pull runners' flags.

⚠️ Race Rules

Zombies will not physically contact any runner other than in attempts to pull a flag from the runner’s belt. Pulling, grabbing, pushing, striking a Zombie or a runner will not be permitted. Zombies will be identified with make-up and/or costumes.

💖 Beneficiaries

All Proceeds will be used to benefit the Keystone First Responders & Benton Girls Wrestling.
