2025 Salt Seep Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Events: 5K & 10K events are open to everyone with no minimum age.
• CASH PRIZE: Overall Top Three (3) Male & Female in each 5K & 10K ($300 for 1st, $200 for 2nd, $150 for 3rd).
• Awards: Top five finishers of the 5K & 10K will receive award plaques.
• Participation: All participants will receive a t-shirt and participant medal.

🛤️ Course Details

• Course Type: The 5K & 10K course is a dirt road, flat, with a couple of hills and sandy areas.
• aid Stations: There will be four aid stations appropriately placed.
• Starting Order: To avoid course conflicts, the 5K will start first followed by the 10K.
• Water Availability: Water will be available at (4) locations: approximately 1.25m, 2, 3.5m, 5m.

⏰ Event Schedule

• 5K RUN Start: 6:45 AM MST
• 10K RUN Start: 6:30 AM MST
• 2 Mile Run/Walk Start: 7:00 AM MST
• Onsite Registration: Starts at 5:45 AM MST.

📋 Additional Information

• Check-in: Bring mobile or printed email confirmation sheet to complete registration at check-in for bib/shirt pickup.
• Parking: Parking available: signs will be posted.
• Attire: Wear appropriate running attire.
• Welcome Sign: A welcome sign for all participants will be posted with directions to the site.
