🍂 Race Description

If you are looking for a low key, fun trail run in a beautiful setting at the height of the fall colors then this is the run for you.

Food and Refreshments: Provided by Camp 4 Coffee!
Prizes: Fun prizes for top finishers and random participants!
Course Details: Both courses start and finish at Camp 4 Coffee in Crested Butte South.
Trail Conditions: Predominantly single track with some dirt and a small length of paved road.

🗺️ Course Information

Runners proceed out Cement Creek Road, along the lower Cement Creek Trail, climb the new Middle Cement Creek & 406 Warm Springs Trails, descend the Walrod Gulch Road and climb the 418 Walrod Gulch Cutoff Trail to the 409 Caves Trail Intersection.

10 Mile Course: Turns down the 409 Caves Trail and returns to Camp 4 Coffee along the Cement Creek Road.
19 Mile Course: Continues climbing up the 409 and Point Look Out Trails to the 405 Double Top Trail, traverses across 405.2A, descends the 412 Walrod Gulch Trail and returns to Camp 4 Coffee via the 406 Warm Springs, Middle Cement & Lower Cement Creek Trails.
Trail Markings: Courses will be marked with directional arrows and ribbon.
Self-Supported: This run is fully self-supported. No on-course water or food will be provided.

📅 Event Details and Schedule

Maximum Capacity: Total number of runners is limited to 150 by the US Forest Service. This run will sell out, so register early!
Start Times: The 19 mile race starts at 8:00am. The 10 mile race starts at 8:30am.
Bib Pick Up: Will be at the race start at Camp 4 Coffee from 4:00pm - 6:00pm on the evening prior to race day or from 7:15am - 8:15am on race day.
Cut-Off Time: There will be a mandatory cut-off at 10:00am at the The Caves Trail Intersection.
