About the Race

for those of you who don't know WHAT A COLOR RUN IS...

Picture this: You start the day in crisp white, then—BOOM—bursting blasts of food-grade, colored powder envelope you from start to finish. Every step, every stride, every smile gets painted in purples, oranges, turquoise, and every shade in between. By the end, you’re not just a runner—you’re a masterpiece of living color!

Purpose of event:

Shepherds for Sheepdogs is a 501(c)3 located in Lenoir, NC whose purpose is to purchase professionally trained service dogs for disabled veterans and first responders! 100% of the proceeds goes to the dog and hero pair! We'd be honored to have you celebrating our fifth year with us. Join us and the City of Lenoir Parks and Rec as we continue to 'serve those who served'.
