Watson Strong 5k Color Fun Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Date: Saturday, September 13th, 2025
• Location: 112 Front Street, Vidalia, Louisiana
• Time: 10 am until 3 pm
• Start: Starting at the base of the levee across from Vidalia Upper Elementary School

🎨 Race Details

• Route: The race will go down Concordia Ave including Concordia Extension, turning around halfway and heading back to the start/finish line.
• Waves: Two waves: runner's wave starts at 10:30 am, followed by the walker’s wave.
• Activities: Enjoy a DJ, photo opportunities, tons of vendors, and the Watson Strong merchandise tent.
• Attractions: Lulu's Rockwall, Bungee Jump, jump houses & MORE (bands $20 for unlimited access).

🌟 Registration Information

• Deadline: Registration ends on August 31.
• Inclusions: Your registration includes a white t-shirt and swag bag.
• Extra: Additional t-shirts available for sale at the Watson Strong merchandise tent.

💙 In Memory of Watson Calhoun

• Purpose: This event honors Watson Calhoun, a brave four-year-old who battled a rare brain cancer.
• Support: Proceeds raised will aid St. Jude and the Watson Strong Foundation, ensuring children receive essential care and treatment.
• Legacy: The Watson Strong Foundation was established by the Calhoun Family to support families in similar situations.
• Join Us: Whether you walk or run, your participation embodies the strength and courage Watson showed the world.
