3rd Annual Rogers, AR Ostomy 5K

The 3rd Annual Rogers, AR Run for Resilience Ostomy 5k will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 in celebration of ostomy awareness! This family-friendly event will include lots of fun and laughter, local vendors, food, music, and celebration so be sure to bring your entire family! All proceeds benefit the United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc (UOAA) charity, a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax-deductible. Visit www.ostomy.org for more information.

🏃 Registration Information

• Early Bird Registration Fee: $35.00 for adults and $20.00 for children ages 12 and under.
• Included: A unisex adult or youth size T-Shirt, Bib with timing chip, and runner "swag" bag.
• Deadline: Take advantage of Early Bird pricing now through July 25th!
• Bonus: Everyone who signs up before the deadline will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 gift card to Acambaro Mexican Restaurant! (Gift card must be picked up at the event)

🏞️ Race Course

We are thrilled to announce that this year we will have professional timing services offered by Race-Wizard. This 5k Walk, Run or Roll will be held at The Railyard Bike Park located at 299 E. Cherry Street in downtown Rogers, Arkansas. The course for this Fun Run will start at the Bike Park and will loop around the paved Lake Atlanta Trails. The exact route map will be included in your registration packets.

🅿️ Parking

Parking is available at The Railyard Bike Park or near downtown.

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet pick-up schedules will be posted closer to the date of the event. Same day registration will be available before the start of the run.

🏆 Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the top Male and top Female Overall Finishers, top M/F in each age group, as well as to the top Male and Female Ostomates.

🩺 Optional Ostomy Pouch

Race registration bags will have typical race/sponsor promotional items, ostomy education materials, and most importantly an ostomy pouch provided by one or more of our sponsors. We encourage non-ostomate participants to put on a pouch for the race to improve awareness and empathy for the challenges faced by people living with ostomies.

🤝 Create or Join a Race Group/Team

Once you’ve registered you have the option to CREATE a new RACE GROUP/TEAM or to JOIN one that’s already been established. This is a great way to get others in your community to register to participate in the Run and compete against each other. Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own), order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you! (Please note this is NOT a Team Fundraiser. To set up a Personal or Team Fundraiser, please go to the DONATE button.)

🎯 Fundraising

• Goal: Raise $150 or more and your Registration Fee will be refunded!
• Importance: Fundraising is an important aspect of our Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K. Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.
• How: Set up your own Personal or Team Fundraiser when registering or through our DONATE button at the top of this page.
• Customization: Create a unique Fundraiser Name and URL address, personalize your fundraising message, and direct your friends and family to your page to join your team or sponsor you in your fundraising goal.

• Empower: $225+ in fundraising individually or as a Team Captain.
• Champion: $425+ in fundraising individually or as a Team Captain.

Invite 5 other people to register and participate in the Run with you, and you will be refunded $20 on YOUR registration! Simply share your unique referral link found on your registration confirmation page (email) "Remember to invite your friends with your special URL https:// ...". The referral program is valid for all in-person run locations and the virtual event so even if they cannot join you where you are, they can still celebrate from afar!
