• Event: The Run For Your Life 5k will begin at 6:30.
• Location: Run through the eerie woods of Ruby Grant Park.
• Option: Enjoy the family-friendly 1 Mile Run/Walk.

🎥 Post-Race Movie

Bring your chairs and blankets to stay after the race to watch the Nightmare Before Christmas movie outdoors! This is included in your race fee!

🏅 The 5k Fee Includes:

• Medal: Glow-in-the-dark medal.
• Shirt: Glow-in-the-dark race shirt while supplies last (adult sizes XS-3XL only, kids registered for the 5k will get a separate giveaway).
• Race Bib: Custom race bib.
• Flashlight: Custom flashlight while supplies last.
• Beer Ticket: One beer ticket for entrants over 21.

⚠️ Warning

Warning: The 5k run will be adult-themed and include strobe lights and fog machines. This race is not recommended for people with epilepsy or other sensitivities to light, those with any health conditions, or minors. Please join us for the 1-Mile Run/Walk if you have any concerns.

🏅 Series Registration

REGISTER FOR EACH RACE IN THE SERIES! This is race four of five in the 2025 series in Norman. Register for all five and get a custom medal hanger FREE. Medal hangers are also available for purchase for $20. We will track registrations for each race for you.

Series races are:

• Shamrock 5k - March 15th afternoon race at Ruby Grant Park
• May The Course 5K - May 4th afternoon race at Legacy Park
• Firecracker 5k - July 4th Morning race at Legacy Park
• Run For Your Life 5k - October 18th evening at Ruby Grant Park - This race
